| And
we develop custom programs for registered organizations so that they
improve their performance by more effectively using their registered
quality systems. We offer public classes around the state, and
all courses are available for on-site training. The technical aspects of
the business are directed by Tony Greene, who had worked for Essex Group,
Inc. prior to founding Midwest 9 years ago. We are proud that we have
never had a customer fail, or leave unsatisfied.
Midwest professionals are RAB certified auditors who have been through a registration as part of the implementation team. The Midwest professional will clearly and simply present your employees with the next task they need to complete to reach your goal with the least wasted effort. The Midwest system has worked every time. The professionals are supported by an organization with strong backup and knowledge, thousands of full color overheads, and hundreds of pages of class exercises. Midwest has the resources to send in different teams of auditors during your preparation so that your people have the experience of communicating with someone new, just as they will in the registration audit. This is another reason for the Midwest customer's phenomenal success rate. Our Approach Midwest works with an organization through teams. We believe that people make things happen, and we need to start with people. The best ideas in the world are useless if there are not adequate people to make them happen. The people need direction, and the Midwest professionals provide clear direction. The tasks to be accomplished are broken into feasible steps so that the person is never confronted with an overwhelming task, but just another doable job. Midwest professionals leave "homework assignments" so that work continues to the next activity. The team’s work is then checked with audits, but these are consulting and training audits which the auditee enjoys and learns from. At Midwest Quality, Inc. we make the standards understandable and the process fun. We also hit the process hard, with the average registration taking 100 days, and the average employee participation of 25 hours during that time. Our Customer’s Success Tony and the Midwest Professionals have worked with hundreds of companies, providing training, audits, and consulting. Customers using the Midwest approach have registered with QSR, BVQI, AGA, ABS, DNV, UL, QCB and many other registrars. Customers range from small, private concerns with 9 employees to major first tier suppliers like Delco Remy America, DANA, Phillips, and VDO Mannesmann. Over 200 companies have now registered with our assistance, and 99.5% have passed on the first audit, >90% with no open findings at the closing meeting. |
